I searched online for a reputable Chinese school with a kindergarten, and I found you! You look like a wonderful school; in fact, you sound a lot like our private school back here in Buffalo.
I hope you can help me. I teach kindergarten in Buffalo, New York, in the United States. I want to find a kindergarten in China that my school children can communicate with and learn from this year. School is about to start for us, and from what I understand, it is starting for your country also.
We would like to email the kindergarteners in China, share information about our culture with them, and in turn, they would share with us. We would also like to create video letters, and learn some Chinese vocabulary. We would like to even video chat, as a full class, with one of your classes there. In short, we want to make some far-away friends!
I hope you can help me find a teacher in your Chinese kindergarten that would welcome this project. Can you help me? Would one of you like to take on this year-long project with me? Or might you know of someone who might? I have gone through the usual ePals websites, etc, and I have come up with nothing. I really want to make this work... I just need a Chinese class!
